Eligibility Criteria
For Companies
Singapore- or Indonesia-Registered Companies that are looking to:
Hire young working professionals from the other country for tech-related roles, or;
Rotate young working professionals from their regional offices or other affiliated organisations based in the other country. For example, to rotate a Singaporean applicant (i.e., existing, or new employee) from their Singapore-based entity to their Indonesia-based entity
For Individuals
Young working professionals from Singapore and Indonesia who fulfil all the following requirements:

Are citizens of Singapore or Indonesia
Have graduated with a a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or Doctorate degree from an eligible university below
Are taking up employment in a tech related role with a registered enterprise in Singapore or Indonesia

Are below the age of thirty (30) years
Have graduated for a period of less than and up to 5 years at the point of application
For those taking up employment in Singapore, must earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$3,000

Inbound (Indonesia to Singapore)

Pre-requisites for Application
For New Hires
Company to offer work contracts to identified prospective hires.
For Internal Job Rotations
Company to apply for a Untuk Kepentingan Perusahaan Sendiri (UKPS) Permit with Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower.

Application for Letter of Acknowledgement
Identified prospective hires to apply online for a Letter of Acknowledgement from the Indonesia Government.

Training Employment Pass (TEP) Application
Hiring company to apply online for Tech:X Training Employment Pass (TEP) from Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower. The Letter of Acknowledgement must also be submitted as a supporting document as part of the application.

Commencement of Work in Singapore
Approved applicants can commence work in Singapore with the Tech:X Training Employment Pass.
Outbound (Singapore to Indonesia)

Pre-requisites for Application
For New Hires and Internal Job Rotations
Hiring company or regional office to offer work contracts to prospective hires or to finalize contracts for internal rotations

Application for Letter of Acknowledgement
Identified prospective hires to apply online for a Letter of Acknowledgement from the Singapore Government.

Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing (RPTKA) Application
Hiring company to apply online for Tech:X RPTKA from Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower. The Letter of Acknowledgement must also be submitted as a supporting document as part of the application.

Commencement of Work in Indonesia
Approved applicants can commence work in Indonesia. Indonesia will issue an e-Visa and Limited Stay Permit of up to 1 year upon arrival at the immigration checkpoint.
